bake-at-home

This year we started doing things a little bit differently, and we introduced a range of bake-at-home goodies.

These are our carefully prepared croissants, brioche & scones - frozen ready for you to bake freshly at home as & when you'd like to enjoy fresh.

Nutella Brioche

Keep frozen until the night before needed.

  1. Take out of the freezer the night before needed.  Defrost + proof overnight at room temp.  Leave in packaging, as the sleeve will prevent the brioche forming a skin.

  2. Next morning - preheat the oven to 350F.

  3. Remove plastic sleeve, and pop foil tray into the oven to bake until golden - around 25-30 minutes.

  4. When done, remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.

  5. Enjoy as is, or add a dusting of icing sugar and a drizzle of choc!

Pecan Stickies

Keep frozen until the night before needed.

  1. Take out of the freezer the night before needed.  Defrost + proof overnight at room temp.  Leave in packaging, as the sleeve will prevent the brioche forming a skin.

  2. Next morning - preheat the oven to 350F.

  3. Remove plastic sleeve, and pop foil tray into the oven to bake until golden - around 25-30 minutes.

  4. When done, remove from the oven and allow to cool.  Be careful as the sticky bun glaze at the bottom will be very hot.

  5. Allow to cool and flip upside down to turn out & to coat buns in the delicious honey, brown sugar pecan glaze.

Scones

Bake from frozen.

Brush with a little egg wash beforehand if you’d like, and then pop on to a parchment-lined baking sheet, and into a preheated oven (375F or 350F convection) for about 25 minutes, rotating halfway.  Cook until a knife comes out clean.

Croissants

Bake from frozen.

Our croissants are partially pre-proofed.  Remove from freezer and allow to sit at room temp for around 30 mins before baking. Brush with a little egg wash, and then bake in a preheated oven at 350F for around 16-18 minutes, until golden.

Pudgies + Homities

Bake from frozen.

Brush with a little egg wash beforehand if you’d like, and then pop on to a parchment-lined baking sheet, and into a preheated oven (375F or 350F convection) for about 45-50 minutes, rotating halfway.  Cook until piping hot in the centre.

Veggie Rolls
